If you chose a plan during the trial, it carries on and is billed monthly or yearly, whichever you picked. If not, your page pauses until you choose one, and nothing is deleted. You can change or cancel from the dashboard at any time.
No. Ordina charges no fee on your sales. Your customers may pay the payment provider's processing fee at checkout: naira payments through Flutterwave add 2%, capped at NGN 2,000, and payments through Bachs add Bachs' own fees. Phone calls are separate: minutes and phone lines are paid from a prepaid usage balance.
Pro includes 150 Secretary conversations a month and Business 400. WhatsApp conversations count as two, because WhatsApp charges per message. Past that, each extra conversation is paid once from your prepaid usage balance: $0.05 for web, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram or email, and $0.12 for WhatsApp. With no balance, new conversations get your booking form and a message box instead, and every message still reaches you. WhatsApp confirmations and reminders sent as templates cost $0.02 each, and phone minutes come from the same balance. You can set a monthly spend cap, you get alerts at 80% and 100% of your conversations, and messages your Secretary sends you are always free.
Where we offer it, yes. Your plan is priced in the currency of the country your business is set to, or in US dollars where there is no local price yet. Plans are paid by card.
Each Ordina account is one business with its own page, Secretary and calendar. Team members on Pro or Business can work inside it; a second business is a second account.
No. Your Ordina page is a complete home for the business. If you do have a website, the Secretary can read it and live on it.
