Perk Provider Terms

Last updated: 16 October 2026

These Perk Provider Terms (“Provider Terms”) apply to any company that offers a perk through Ordina Perks. Ordina Perks is run by Ordina Ltd (“Ordina,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company based in Lagos, Nigeria.

In these Provider Terms:

  • a “provider” (“you”) is the company that offers a perk, and the person who sends it on the company’s behalf;
  • a “perk” is a discount, free period, credit or other offer you make to businesses or partners on Ordina, with its terms;
  • an “owner” is a business on an Ordina plan that can see perks;
  • a “partner” is a member of the Ordina Partner Program;
  • a “claim” is an owner or partner taking your perk on Ordina: copying its code or opening its link or form.

Offering a perk does not make you a partner in the Ordina Partner Program, which has its own Partner Program Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the details you send us.

1. Offering a perk

1.1 You offer a perk with the form at useordina.com/perks/offer. You do not need an Ordina account. We send a one-time code to the work email you give, and your perk reaches us only once you enter it.

1.2 By sending a perk you confirm that you may act for the company named in it, that the details you give are true, and that you agree to these Provider Terms.

1.3 Listing a perk is free. Ordina does not charge you to offer one.

2. Your offer is yours

2.1 You guarantee the perk. You will honour it as described, on the terms you give, for every owner or partner who claims it while it is live, until its end date, and for any longer period its own terms promise.

2.2 You are responsible for it. The perk is your offer, not Ordina’s. Ordina is not the seller of your products or services, is not a party to any agreement between you and an owner or partner, and does not guarantee your offer. Any question, complaint or refund about your product or service is between you and them.

2.3 Your perk, its terms and your products must comply with the law in every country you choose for it, including consumer protection, advertising and data protection law. Your terms must be clear and honest: no claims you cannot back, and no hidden conditions.

2.4 If your perk stops working, for example a code runs out or a link breaks, pause it straight away in the partner portal and tell us at help@useordina.com.

2.5 A list of unique codes you give us must be codes you will honour, each once. We hand each code to one owner or partner only, and never show the list to anyone else.

3. Our review

3.1 A person on the Ordina team reviews every perk before any owner or partner sees it, and every change you make to a perk that is up. We check, among other things, that the company is real, that the offer works, that every link is https and opens the right site, and that the terms are clear.

3.2 We may approve a perk, approve it to start on a later date, ask you for a change, or turn it down. We email you the outcome, with the change we ask for or the reason we turn it down. We are not obliged to list any perk.

3.3 When you edit a perk that is up, it stays up as it was until we approve the change.

4. What Ordina may do

4.1 Ordina may edit the wording of your perk before or after approving it, to make it clear and consistent with how Ordina writes, without changing what you offer. You can see the current wording on your manage page.

4.2 Ordina may pause or remove a perk at any time, with or without notice, for example if it stops working, if owners complain about it, if we believe it breaks these Provider Terms or the law, or if we change or close Ordina Perks.

4.3 We decide where and how perks appear, which perks are featured, and in what order. A listing is not an endorsement of your company, products or services.

4.4 You let Ordina show your company name, logo, website and the perk inside Ordina for as long as the perk is listed, and in messages to owners and partners about perks. You confirm you have the right to grant this.

5. Privacy: nothing about businesses is shared

5.1 Ordina shares no information about businesses, owners, partners or their customers with you. We do not send you names, contact details or any other details of anyone who claims your perk.

5.2 An owner or partner who wants your offer comes to you directly. If your perk uses your own sign-up form, only what they type into it reaches you, and you are responsible for that information under the data protection law that applies to you.

5.3 You must not try to find out which businesses claimed your perk through Ordina, or contact Ordina’s owners or partners using anything you learn from Ordina Perks.

6. Claim counts

6.1 We report how many times your perk was claimed: on your manage page, by month, and by email once a month. These are counts only. They are what Ordina recorded, and they may not match your own sales, since a claim does not mean a purchase.

7. Referral fees

7.1 If you have a referral or affiliate program, Ordina may join it and earn a referral fee when an owner or partner signs up with you through Ordina. Any such fee is between you and Ordina under that program’s own terms.

7.2 Ordina tells owners and partners when it may earn a referral fee from a perk, on the perk itself. Referral fees do not decide whether a perk is approved.

8. What cannot be listed

8.1 We do not list perks for, or from companies whose main business is:

  • gambling and betting;
  • cryptocurrency trading and investment schemes;
  • payday and high-interest loans;
  • adult content and services;
  • multi-level marketing;
  • weapons and ammunition;
  • tobacco, vaping and recreational drugs;
  • anything illegal in a country the perk is offered in, or anything similar to the above.

8.2 We may also decline perks that do not fit service businesses or partners, that compete with Ordina, or that we believe would harm owners or partners.

9. Managing your perks in the partner portal

9.1 You manage your perks in the Ordina partner portal, at partners.useordina.com. You sign in with the work email you proved: we email a code each time, and there is no password. Anyone who can read that email can sign in and manage your perks, so keep it secure. If you think someone else has access, tell us at help@useordina.com and we will end that access.

9.2 You can pause and resume your perk (unless Ordina paused it), edit it, add codes and change its end date. You can end a perk by pausing it or by setting its end date.

9.3 The work email cannot be one that runs a business or works on a business’s team on Ordina: those sign in separately. If you are already an Ordina referral partner, a perk you offer with your partner email joins that same portal account.

10. Ending

10.1 Every perk has an end date and stops showing when it passes. You can end a perk sooner as section 9.2 describes. If you end a perk early, honour claims made before it ended for as long as its terms promise.

10.2 We may change or close Ordina Perks. If we close it, we will tell you by email.

11. Liability, indemnity and governing law

11.1 Ordina Perks is provided as it is. We do not promise any number of views, claims or sales.

11.2 You will indemnify Ordina against any claim by an owner, partner or anyone else arising from your perk, your products or services, or your breach of these Provider Terms.

11.3 Ordina’s total liability to you for any claim relating to Ordina Perks is limited to USD 100. These Provider Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

12. Changes

12.1 We may change these Provider Terms. We will email you at least 30 days before a material change takes effect, and post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If your perk stays listed after a change takes effect, you accept the changed Provider Terms; if you do not agree, pause or end your perk.
