Put the Secretary on your own website

Add the chat widget to any site with one snippet, allow your domains, and what customers see on desktop and mobile.

If you already have a website, the Secretary can live on it, so customers book without leaving your site. It is the same Secretary, with the same knowledge and calendar.

Getting the snippet

Open Integration and find Add to your website.
Under Allowed domains, add the domain(s) your site runs on (yourbusiness.com, and www.yourbusiness.com if both are used). The widget only loads on domains you list.
Copy the snippet.

Where to paste it

Paste it just before the closing </body> tag of your site, on every page you want the widget on.

WordPress: Appearance → Theme file editor → footer.php, or use a "header and footer scripts" plugin.
Wix: Settings → Custom code → add code to the body end.
Squarespace: Settings → Advanced → Code injection → Footer.
Shopify: Online store → Themes → Edit code → theme.liquid, before </body>.
Any other site: the same place; if a developer built it, send them the snippet and the note "before the closing body tag".

What customers see

A chat bubble in the corner in your accent colour. Tapping it opens the Secretary. On phones the chat fills the screen with a close button, so nobody gets stuck in it.

Checking it works

Open your site, tap the bubble, ask a question. The conversation shows in Messages like any other, marked as coming from your website.

Troubleshooting

The bubble does not appear: the site's domain is not in your allowed list, or the snippet is inside <head> instead of before </body>. Check both.
It appears on the wrong pages: remove the snippet from those pages, or only inject it on the pages you want.
It looks off-brand: the accent comes from your Booking page settings; change it there.

Website embed is included on Pro and Business.
