Payments, payouts and the financial report

Reading the Payments page, what "On its way to your bank" means, and downloading a report for your accountant.

The numbers at the top

  • Earned today and This month: confirmed payments, online and in person.
  • On its way to your bank: online payments your payment partner has taken and not paid to your bank yet. The partner pays them on its own schedule, which depends on your country: see When the money reaches your bank. In the UK this card reads Waiting for weekly payout: Payments in pounds are paid to your UK bank in weekly batches by our payment partner, Flutterwave.

Payments and payouts

  • Payments lists every payment from a customer, with the client, the appointment or order, the method (online or in person), the fee, and the status, such as On its way, In your bank, Paid in person, Refunded or Cancelled (in the UK, Weekly payout until the payment is paid out). Filter to Online or In person.
  • Payouts lists each payout the payment partner made to your bank, with its date and amount, so you can match them to your bank statement line by line.

Appointments set to Pay in person count as in-person payments once you mark them complete, so marking complete every day keeps your revenue figure honest.

The financial report

From Payments, download the financial report as a PDF for any period: revenue, fees, payouts, refunds and the list of transactions. Send it straight to your accountant.

Deeper analytics

On the Business plan, Analytics adds revenue over time, growth versus the previous period, your top services, and repeat versus new customers. On every plan it shows the client pipeline: who chatted, who left details, who booked, and who needs a follow-up.
