Capture leads from people who do not book yet
When your Secretary takes a question down for you on the web chat, it asks how to reach the visitor. Where those leads land and how to follow up.
Not everyone books on the first visit. Some ask something your Secretary cannot answer yet, and some leave before you reply. Ordina keeps a way back to them.
Where leads come from
When your Secretary takes a question down for you in the web chat, on your page or your website, and the visitor has not given an email or phone number, it asks for one, so you can get back to them even if they leave the page. Their answer becomes a lead, with the questions they asked.
On WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and email the conversation itself is the way back to them, so the Secretary does not ask.
Where they land
You get a notification for each lead, and an email if no device took the notification. Open it to see your Leads list: everyone who left details, with what they asked and when.
Following up
Reply from your own email or WhatsApp; the lead's details are right there. A short, specific message the same day converts far better than a template a week later:
"Hi Sarah, you asked about balayage on Tuesday. I have Thursday 2pm free this week if that works: myordina.link/glowandco"
Then let the Secretary take the booking.
