Online consultations and video calls

Coaches, consultants, therapists, tutors and anyone who works remotely can run bookings end to end without sending a single link by hand.

Setting it up

1. On the service, under Where does this happen?, choose Delivered over a video call.
2. Pick the meeting option:
   • Google Meet: a fresh link for every booking. Connect Google Calendar (under Integration) so the link is hosted by your account; otherwise a basic room link is used.
   • Custom meeting link: your own Zoom, Teams or other room, one link for every booking.
3. Set the duration and price as usual. Many consultants use Pay Online here, since there is no venue to settle at.

What the customer sees

The confirmation and the reminder carry the video link. The customer's timezone is respected in every message.

What you see

The appointment shows Online video call with Join the call. With Calendar sync on, it is on your Google Calendar with the Meet link attached.
