Get the verified badge on your page

The verified badge tells customers that Ordina has checked who is behind the page. It is optional, free on Pro and Business, and reviewed by a person.

Applying

Under Store → Profile → Business verification, choose what you are:

• I'm an individual. A sole practitioner. Enter your full legal name exactly as on your government ID. Ordina matches it against your identity verification (Profile → Compliance), so complete that first. No documents to upload.
• I'm a business. A registered company. Enter the legal business name and registration number exactly as on your certificate, attach your Certificate of Incorporation, and add any supporting documents (articles, licences) if you have them.

Tap Request verification or Submit for review.

After you submit

Reviews are manual and usually take a day or two. You are emailed with the result. Approved: the badge shows on your page and in search. Declined: the reason is shown under Business verification; fix it and resubmit.

Common reasons for a decline

• The name does not match the ID or certificate exactly (middle names, abbreviations).
• The certificate is cropped, blurred or expired.
• Individual selected for what is clearly a registered company, or the reverse.
