Take online payments and get paid out

Connect a payout account, verify your identity, and understand how each sale settles to your bank, with fees shown per transaction.

Online payments need two things switched on: a payout account (where the money goes) and identity verification (so customers know who they are paying). Until both are done, every online option quietly falls back to pay at venue, so you can still take bookings.

Step 1: connect a payout account

  1. Open Transactions and tap Connect your payout account (also under Profile).
  2. Choose your country and bank, and enter the account number. Some countries also ask for a routing number and SWIFT/BIC.
  3. Ordina confirms the account name with the bank. If it cannot, double-check the number.
  4. Connect account.

Ordina takes no cut of your sales. Only your payment provider's own processing fee is deducted, and it is shown on each transaction.

Payouts are available in a growing list of countries; if yours is not there yet you will see a note, and Pay at Venue keeps you selling in the meantime.

Step 2: verify your identity

Under Profile → Compliance, a quick check with a government ID and a short liveness selfie. It takes a couple of minutes:

  1. Enter your name and date of birth exactly as on your ID, and your home address.
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts for the liveness check (look up, look left, smile).
  3. Upload a clear photo of your passport, driver's licence or national ID.
  4. Confirm and consent.

Most checks clear in under a minute and you get an email with the result. If it cannot be completed automatically after a few tries, contact support and we finish it manually.

Step 3: choose payment methods per service

On each service or product in Store, set Pay Online, Pay at Venue or Customer's Choice. Products can also be Pay on pickup/delivery.

How money moves

  • A customer pays through the link in the chat, by card or bank transfer.
  • The booking is confirmed or the order placed, and both of you get a receipt.
  • The payment shows in Transactions → Payments with the fee.
  • It settles to your bank per sale, usually within about one business day (longer for international payments). Settled amounts show under Transactions → Payouts; unsettled ones under Awaiting payout.

Refunds and failures

  • A failed payment is retried and, if it keeps failing, the booking is not confirmed; the Secretary tells the customer.
  • Refund from the appointment or order; the transaction is marked Refunded.

Business verification (the badge) is separate

Identity verification is about payouts. The verified badge on your page is a separate, optional review under Store → Profile → Business verification. See Get the verified badge.
