Import your catalogue from a file or photo

Turn a price list, a menu photo or a spreadsheet into services and products without typing them one by one.

If your services already exist somewhere, on a printed menu, a photo of the board, a spreadsheet or a PDF, you can import them instead of retyping.

How it works

  1. Open Store → Services and tap Import.
  2. Choose how to bring the list in: Import from file (a text file, PDF, Word document, or a photo), paste your menu or price list as text, or Import a URL to read a page on your website or your old booking tool.
  3. Ordina reads it and shows every item it found with a name, price, duration and category where it could tell them apart.
  4. Review the list. Untick anything you do not want (or use Select all / Select none), switch an item between Service and Product, and correct any price, minutes or stock it misread.
  5. Tap Import. The items are added to your services list.

Finish them like any other item: payment method, where it happens, photos and descriptions, then Save changes.

Tips

  • Prices with a currency symbol and a duration in minutes or hours import cleanly ("Gel manicure, $45, 45 min").
  • Ranges ("from $60") import as the lower number; adjust after, or make the price negotiable with a floor.
  • Import once, then maintain in Store. Importing again does not merge with existing items; it adds new ones.

What it will not do

It does not read handwriting reliably, and it will not guess a duration that is not written down. Anything without a duration is left for you to fill in before saving, because the calendar needs it.
