Share your booking link everywhere
The places that actually send bookings, and the exact wording that works in each.
Your link is only useful where customers are already looking. These are the placements owners get the most bookings from, in rough order.
Instagram and TikTok bio
Put the short link on its own line: myordina.link/your-handle. Add one line above it that says what happens when they tap: "Book in 30 seconds, no app". If you use a link-in-bio tool, make Ordina the first button.
WhatsApp status and profile
Post the link as a status once a week with a photo of your work. In your WhatsApp Business profile, set it as your website. If you are on Pro or Business, you can also share your WhatsApp booking link so customers book inside WhatsApp itself; see Take bookings on WhatsApp.
Google Business Profile
Add the link as your Appointments URL. People searching your business name on Google get a Book button that opens your Secretary.
Your own website
Do not just link out. Embed the chat widget so customers book without leaving your site.
Printed: cards, flyers, the counter
Generate a QR code for your link (any free QR generator works; the link never changes unless you change your handle) and print it. A small "Scan to book" sign by the till captures people who would otherwise "call later".
Email signature and invoices
One line under your name: "Book your next visit: myordina.link/your-handle".
What to say
Customers respond to a promise, not a URL. Use one of these next to the link:
- "Book a time in 30 seconds. No app, no calls."
- "Ask about prices or availability any time, day or night."
- "Message my assistant to book."
Track what is working
Analytics shows every conversation and where it turned into a lead or a booking. If you post the link in a new place, watch that week's conversations climb.
