What your Secretary can and cannot do

A plain list of what the Secretary handles on its own, what reaches you to review, and the lines it will not cross.

Your Secretary is an assistant that talks to customers on your booking page, on your website and on WhatsApp, and to you in the dashboard. It works from your catalogue, your calendar and the knowledge you give it, and nothing else.

On its own, for customers

  • Answers questions about your services, prices, durations, hours, location, policies and anything in your knowledge base.
  • Checks the live calendar and offers real free slots, respecting your hours, capacity and existing bookings.
  • Books the appointment, collects the customer's name and contact details, and takes payment when the service asks for it.
  • Sells products: builds a cart, takes payment, and delivers digital products by email on payment.
  • Negotiates within a floor price you set, if you allow it.
  • Sends the confirmation with a QR code, the reminder before the visit, and the thank-you with a review link after.
  • Handles reschedule requests from customers through the link in their confirmation.
  • Replies in the customer's language.

What reaches you to review

You never have to reply to a customer; the Secretary does the talking. What you review:

  • Every conversation, as a transcript in Messages.
  • Every booking in Appointments, and every order in Orders.
  • Anything it did not know. It says so rather than guessing, and the gap is visible in the transcript. Those questions are worth answering in your knowledge base.
  • Leads: people who left their details but did not book show under Booking page → Leads with a notification.
  • Reviews, which wait for your approval before they appear.

In the dashboard, for you

On the Secretary → Chat tab you can ask it about the business ("What's on my schedule today?", "Who are my top customers?") and give it instructions ("Add a 90-minute deep tissue massage at $110", "Hide the pedicure until Friday", "Add to the FAQ that we are closed on Sundays"). See Talk to your own Secretary.

The lines it does not cross

  • It never invents a price, a time or a policy. Live facts come from your catalogue and calendar, even if an old web page says otherwise.
  • It does not move money, publish your page or delete history on your behalf.
  • It does not book outside your hours or over your capacity.
  • It does not share one customer's details with another.

Where it is honest about being an assistant

If a customer asks, it does not pretend to be a person. It presents itself by the name you gave it as your business's assistant.
