Let the Secretary negotiate, within limits you set
Turn on negotiable pricing per service with a floor the customer never sees.
Some businesses lose customers who would have paid a little less; others never want to discuss price at all. Ordina lets you decide per item.
Turning it on
- Open the service or product in Store → Services.
- Switch on Negotiable price.
- Set the lowest price you'll accept. It must be below the listed price.
- Save changes.
What the customer experiences
The listed price is shown as normal. If the customer asks for a better price, the Secretary can come down in steps toward your floor, and it never goes below it or reveals it. If the customer asks for less than the floor, the Secretary politely holds at the floor and explains what is included. The agreed price is what the payment link charges and what shows on the appointment.
Where it is a good idea
- Services with slack in the calendar; a discount that fills a quiet Tuesday is a win.
- Products with healthy margins.
- Markets where customers expect to ask.
Where to leave it off
- Regulated or fixed-fee services.
- Anything where a lower price signals lower quality.
You can see every negotiated conversation in Messages, so you know how often the floor is reached. If it is reached every time, the floor is your real price.
