A tour of the dashboard

What every tab in the dashboard is for, on desktop and on your phone.

The dashboard is grouped into five areas. On a laptop they sit in the left sidebar; on a phone the most-used ones are in the bottom bar and the rest open from the Business button.

Overview

  • Home: today at a glance. Today's appointments, what the Secretary did, your booking link and WhatsApp link, and the quick actions you use most.

Operate

  • Messages: every conversation your Secretary has had with a customer, searchable, with the transcript. Read-only, so you can see exactly what was promised.
  • Appointments: your full booking history in tabs (upcoming, unconfirmed, completed, cancelled). Open one to see the customer, the payment, the location and notes, mark it complete, or propose a new time.
  • Orders: product sales, from "to fulfil" to fulfilled, with the customer's answers to any custom questions.
  • Scan: the QR check-in camera for walk-ins and arrivals. See QR check-in at the counter.

Business

  • Store: what you sell. Services and products, categories, prices, durations, stock and where each service happens. Also your business profile, hours and social links.
  • Booking page: how your public page looks (photo, banner, accent colour), plus your captured Leads and your customer Reviews.
  • Page builder: the block editor for the page itself: sections, templates, copy, and "Write it for me".
  • Secretary: your Secretary's name, photo and personality, its knowledge base and document sources, and the Chat tab where you talk to it yourself.

Finance

  • Transactions: everything paid, split into payments and payouts, with what is still awaiting settlement.
  • Analytics: your client pipeline (who chatted, who left details, who booked) and, on Business, revenue and growth reports.

Manage

  • Team (Business plan): invite staff to handle messages, appointments and check-ins.
  • Integration: Google Calendar sync and the website widget.
  • Profile: your details, notifications, privacy and security, compliance (identity verification for payouts), subscription and billing, preferences, and the in-app Help Center.

On your phone

The bottom bar holds Home, Appointments, Business, Messages and Profile. Business opens a sheet with Store, Booking page, Page builder, Secretary, Orders and Transactions. You can also install Ordina as an app so it opens full-screen from your home screen.
