Let your Secretary draft and change your page
Three drafts of your whole page from what Ordina knows about your business, new words for one line, and changes asked for in plain words. Three draft runs a week.
The first tab on Your page is your Secretary, under its own name. It can draft the whole page, write a line, or make a change you ask for. It proposes and you decide: nothing changes until you say yes, and nothing goes live until you publish.
Three drafts of your page
- On Your page, open your Secretary's tab and tap Make three drafts. If you have never published, Your page offers them the first time you open it.
- Write one sentence about why clients come to you. It is the one thing only you can give. If a draft uses it, it is in your words, never reworded.
- Your Secretary makes three drafts from your services, photos, reviews and hours, each with a look, a section order and words. Each draft says which of your facts it used.
- Tap Use draft A (or B, or C) to put it in your editor, then change anything. Customers see it when you Publish.
Start from a look myself skips the writing and gives you three looks for your kind of business to start from.
Ask for a change
Type what you want in your own words, or tap a suggestion: "Make it warmer", "Put reviews higher", "Use my newest photo", "Write a new headline". Your Secretary answers with a card that shows the change before it happens. Use this puts it in your draft, and Undo takes it back.
What it can and cannot change
It can propose a look and a palette made for it, the corners, the order of your sections (inside the same rules you follow), a section's layout, showing or hiding a section, which of your own photos goes in the header, and short lines written from your facts.
It never writes or changes a review, a rating or a client count. It never changes a price, a service, your hours or your address, uses a photo you did not upload, or makes a claim nobody can check, like "best" or "number one". It never publishes. Only you publish.
Limits
You get 3 draft runs every 7 days; the count is shown next to Make three drafts. If your Secretary cannot draft at that moment, you get drafts made from your facts without it, and the run is not counted. New words for a single line are limited to 30 a day. Changes that need no writing, like colours, order, layouts and photos, are free, and so is everything you change by hand.
