Sell digital products

Anything that is a file or a link can be sold and delivered without you touching it.

Set it up

1. Upload the file somewhere private that gives you a share link (Google Drive, Dropbox, Notion, a private YouTube video), or have the file ready to attach.
2. Store → Services: add a product, kind Order / buy, and set delivery to digital. Add the link or file. Digital delivery is paid up front, so the payment method locks to Pay Online.
3. Price it, add a cover image and a description that says exactly what the buyer gets (pages, formats, length).

What happens on purchase

The Secretary sells it in the chat, the customer pays, and the file or link is emailed to them the moment payment clears. The link is never shown before payment. The order shows in Orders as fulfilled automatically.

Ideas that work

• A guide that answers the question you get most ("How to prep for your first lash appointment") as a low-priced product or a Free lead magnet.
• Recordings of a class for people who missed it.
• Presets, templates, meal plans, training programmes: the classic creator products.
• A gift voucher as a digital product: the buyer receives a code; you honour it in person and note it in your knowledge base.

Keeping it tidy

Set Stock to Unlimited for digital goods. If you refresh the file, update the link on the product; earlier buyers keep the link they were sent.
