Plans, the free trial, and what happens when it ends
What Pro and Business include, how the 7-day trial works, and exactly what changes if you do not choose a plan.
The two plans
- Pro: one business with the Secretary on every channel (page, website, WhatsApp), unlimited services and products, bookings and payments, all four page templates, the knowledge base plus 3 documents, Google Calendar sync, WhatsApp and SMS reminders, negotiation, catalogue import, the verified badge, removal of Ordina branding, and your own Secretary in the dashboard.
- Business: everything in Pro, plus team members with their own logins, advanced analytics (revenue, growth, top services, repeat customers) and the financial report, 5 documents, and priority support.
Prices are on the pricing page, shown in your local currency. Yearly billing gives you two months free.
The trial
Every new account starts a 7-day trial of the plan it picked, with everything switched on. You are not asked for a card to start. We email you before the trial ends so it is never a surprise, and you can add a payment method or cancel at any point from Profile → Subscription & Billing.
When the trial ends
- With a payment method on file: your plan starts and renews on its own. Nothing else changes.
- With nothing paid: your booking page pauses. It stops taking new bookings and the Secretary stops replying to customers. Appointments already confirmed stay, your data stays, and everything comes back the moment you pick a plan. Store, the Secretary settings and a few other tabs show a "needs a live plan" notice until then.
Switching plans
Billing → Change plan. Upgrades apply immediately and your unused days are converted into credit on the new plan, so you never pay twice for the same time. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal; you keep the current plan until then and nothing is charged now.
Cancelling
Billing → Cancel subscription. You keep full access to the end of the period you have paid for, then the page pauses as above. During a trial, cancelling means your card is never charged.
