Talk to your own Secretary in the dashboard

The Chat tab is your Secretary working for you: ask about the business, change the catalogue or FAQ in plain words, and get unprompted notes.

The same Secretary that serves customers also reports to you. Open Secretary → Chat.

Things to ask

  • "What's on my schedule today?"
  • "How's business doing this week compared to last?"
  • "Who are my top customers by spend?"
  • "Who hasn't booked in two months?"
  • "What did customers ask this week that you couldn't answer?"
  • "How many bookings came from WhatsApp?"

Answers come from your real bookings, orders and payments, not estimates.

Things to tell it

  • "Add a new service called Deep tissue massage, 90 minutes, $110."
  • "Change the price of the gel manicure to $50."
  • "Hide the pedicure until Friday."
  • "Delete the old Christmas package."
  • "Add to the FAQ that we are closed on public holidays."
  • "Write the about section for my page."

It confirms what it did. Every action is logged with the conversation, so you can see exactly what changed and when.

What it will not do

It cannot publish your page, move money, refund a payment or delete history. Those stay one click away in the dashboard, but they are yours.

Notes it leaves for you

Now and then the Secretary leaves a short note without being asked:

  • After a customer chat worth noticing ("Someone added a facial to their cart and left; might be worth a follow-up").
  • A weekly pulse ("Bookings up 18% on last week. Thursday afternoons are still empty").
  • Something to fix ("Three people asked about parking and I had no answer").
  • A customer worth thanking.

Notes appear in the Chat tab and, if you have not opened the dashboard recently, arrive by email so you do not miss them.

Its voice

Your own Secretary can be warmer and more familiar than it is with customers. It uses the same personality setting, and you can change that under Settings on the same page.
