Collect and publish customer reviews

After a completed appointment the customer gets a review link. Approve the reviews you want to show, and they appear on your page.

How reviews are collected

When you mark an appointment complete, the customer receives a thank-you email with a link to leave a review. They rate the visit and can add a few words. Reviews only come from real, completed bookings, which is why they are worth showing.

Approving them

Under Booking page → Reviews, new reviews wait for you. Approve the ones you want to publish; they appear on your page in the reviews section of your template. Unapproved reviews stay private.

Showing them off

  • The stats block on your page (on templates that have it) counts approved reviews and shows the figure once it is worth showing.
  • Copy a good review into your knowledge base as a quote the Secretary can share when asked "Are you any good?"
  • Screenshot and post to Instagram with the customer's permission.

A bad review

You do not have to publish it, and it is worth reading twice: it usually points to something the Secretary could have set expectations on. Fix the cause in your knowledge base, then reply to the customer from your own email.
