Preferences, your data, and deleting your account

Appearance
Theme: light, dark, or follow your system.
Language and region
Your dashboard language (English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese) and timezone. See Languages.
Usage analytics
Anonymised usage data helps us improve Ordina. Switch it off here if you prefer.
Download my data
Get a copy of your business data: profile, services, appointments, orders, transactions and conversations. Useful for your records or if you are moving.
Delete account
Under Danger Zone. Deletion is permanent: your page, Secretary, bookings, conversations and payment records are removed and your handle is released. Cancel your subscription first if it is active, download your data if you want it, and make sure no upcoming appointments depend on the confirmations customers already have.
Payouts already in progress complete before the account closes.
