Choose and change your handle and booking link

Every account gets one booking link built from its handle:

https://myordina.link/your-handle

The same page also opens at useordina.com/book/your-handle. Both go to the same place; the short one is easier to say out loud and fits in a bio.

Picking a good handle

• Use the name people already search for. If the sign says "Glow & Co.", glowandco beats glowbeautystudio2024.
• Letters, numbers and hyphens only. No spaces.
• Shorter wins. You will type this into bios, cards and captions.
• Avoid a handle that only makes sense this year (-2026, -newlocation).

Checking availability and changing it

1. Open Store and stay on the Profile tab.
2. Find Your booking link at the top and tap Edit.
3. Type the new handle. Ordina checks it as you type and shows Available, Already taken or Too short.
4. Save changes.

Your old link stops working the moment you save. Update it everywhere you shared it (Instagram bio, WhatsApp status, business cards, your website embed if you use the link form) before you change it, or right after.

Copy the link with the button next to it, or tap Preview to open your page exactly as a customer sees it.
