Create your account and start your free trial
Sign up with just an email, pick a plan to trial for 7 days, and finish the guided setup in about ten minutes.
Ordina has no passwords. You sign in with your email address and a one-time code, so there is nothing to forget and nothing to leak.
- Go to useordina.com/login.
- Enter the email address you want to run the business from. Use one you check daily: booking alerts, payment receipts and your Secretary's notes go here.
- Open the email from Ordina and type the six-digit code into the box. Codes expire after a few minutes; if yours has, tap Resend and use the newest one.
- Choose the plan you want to trial. Both Pro and Business start with 7 days free and every feature switched on. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then from Billing.
Tip: the code email can land in Promotions or Spam the first time. Search your inbox for "Ordina" and mark it as safe so future alerts arrive where you see them.
The guided setup
After the code, Ordina walks you through setup as a short conversation with Orbi, the Secretary. It takes most owners under ten minutes, and your progress is saved at every step, so you can close the tab and come back.
You will be asked for:
- Your name, so the Secretary knows who it works for.
- Your business name, shown on your page and in every message the Secretary sends. Keep it under 50 characters.
- Your country. This sets your currency, timezone defaults and payout options. It is fixed after setup; if you picked the wrong one, contact support and we will change it.
- Your handle, the short name at the end of your booking link (
myordina.link/your-handle). See Choose and change your handle. - Contact and address: a business email, a phone number, and your street address or at least your city and region. These show on your page and are used on receipts and booking confirmations.
- Your services, at least one to begin with. You can add the rest later from Store.
- Your availability: the days and hours you take bookings.
- A look for your page: a photo, an accent colour and a template.
- What the Secretary should know: paste your price list, FAQs, opening hours, policies, anything. This becomes the first version of your knowledge base, and you can refine it any time.
When you reach Your booking page is ready! you are live. Anyone who opens your link can chat with your Secretary and book.
What to do next
- Share your booking link in your Instagram bio and WhatsApp status.
- Add the rest of your services and products.
- Teach your Secretary more: the more it knows, the fewer questions reach you.
- Connect payouts so customers can pay online.
