Forms: applications, waitlists and sign-ups

Build a form, share its link, let your Secretary send it to visitors, and collect every answer in one place.

A form collects the same details from many people: applications for a programme, a waitlist for a new collection, sign-ups for an event, a VIP list. People answer it on its own page and every answer lands in one list you can read or export, like a Google Form.

Make a form

Open Forms in the sidebar and choose New form.

  1. Title and What it is for. Both show at the top of the form, and your Secretary reads the description to know when a visitor wants this form.
  2. Questions. Each one is a short answer, long answer, email, phone number, number, date or dropdown. Tick Required for the ones people must answer. Every form already asks for a name and an email or phone number, so you never get an answer you cannot follow up.
  3. After they send: the message people see when they finish. They also get it by email with a copy of their answers.
  4. Optional limits: Stop after this many answers (a class with 30 seats) and Close on (applications close Friday at 6pm).
  5. Tick Open when you are ready. Until then the form is a draft and only you can see it.

Create form stays grey until the form has a title and every question has its wording.

Share it

Every open form has its own link, like myordina.link/yourname/forms/vip-waitlist. Copy it from the Forms list and put it in your bio, a broadcast or a flyer.

Your Secretary knows your open forms too. When a visitor asks to apply, join the waitlist or register, it sends them the right link instead of taking the details in chat.

See the answers

Open a form to see its Answers, newest first. You get a notification for each new one (and an email if no device took it). Open an answer to read it in full, and email or WhatsApp the person straight from it.

Delete answer removes one you do not want, like a test or a duplicate. It cannot be undone.

Export

Export CSV downloads every answer, one column per question, ready for Excel or Google Sheets.

Good to know

  • Forms are for owners: staff accounts do not see them.
  • Deleting a form deletes every answer to it.
  • Fees for paid forms and file uploads are on the way.
  • Developers: each answer also fires the form.submitted webhook. See Webhook events.
