Good to know

  • What it answers: questions, times offered as quick replies, bookings and orders, and a payment link when payment is needed.
  • When you reply yourself from the Instagram app, your Secretary stays quiet in that conversation for an hour. Tap Hand back to return it sooner.
  • Reminders cannot start an Instagram DM (Instagram only allows replies within 24 hours of the customer's last message), so they go by WhatsApp, SMS or email.
  • Add your Ordina booking link to your bio, and keep your catalogue current for instant quotes.
  • To stop, disconnect the account in Settings.
