WhatsApp: on Ordina's number or your own

Customers chat with your Secretary inside WhatsApp, and book, order and pay there without opening a browser. There are two ways to run it.

1. Customer taps your linkWhatsApp opens with your handle already typed.
2. They send itThe first message routes the chat to your business.
3. Your Secretary answersWith your name, knowledge, prices and open times.
4. Booked and paidConfirmation, QR code and reminder arrive in WhatsApp.

Option 1: Ordina's number (nothing to set up)

On Pro and Business, your Secretary is already reachable on Ordina's WhatsApp number.

1. Open Integration, then WhatsApp.
2. Tap Copy WhatsApp link. (It is also on Home.)
3. Open the link on your phone and send the message, then ask something like "What services do you offer?". The Try it yourself step turns green when the conversation starts.
4. Share the link in your Instagram bio, Google Business profile, WhatsApp status, flyers and email signature.

A customer can also just text your handle to Ordina's number, even if they were chatting with another business there a minute ago.

Option 2: your own WhatsApp number

Customers message the number they already know, and replies, confirmations and reminders come from it. This uses Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.

1. Number tabIntegration, WhatsApp, Number.
2. Enter the numberWith the country code, and the name customers will see.
3. Connect with WhatsAppMeta's window opens: sign in with Facebook and confirm the number.
4. ConnectingUsually about a minute; the page updates on its own.

1. Open Integration, WhatsApp, then the Number tab.
2. Enter the WhatsApp number with its country code (for example +1 415 555 0100) and the display name customers should see.
3. Tap Connect with WhatsApp and finish Meta's signup: sign in with Facebook, choose or create your business portfolio, and verify the number with the code Meta sends.
4. Wait for Connecting to change to connected. It usually takes a minute.

If your own number goes offline, customers reach you on Ordina's number meanwhile, and the WhatsApp page shows why. To go back, tap Disconnect: the number is released and can be set up in the WhatsApp app again.

What you see

Every WhatsApp conversation appears in Messages and on the WhatsApp page under Conversations, with this month's numbers on the Overview. Bookings land in Appointments as usual.

Good to know

• Ordina never reads your personal WhatsApp chats, only messages customers send to your Secretary.
• Where your plan and the customer's number allow it, confirmations and reminders go by WhatsApp too.
• Customers can reply STOP to opt out of reminders on WhatsApp; email continues.
