Google Sheets: a live spreadsheet of your business
A spreadsheet in your own Google Drive with a summary, your appointments, orders and clients, kept up to date automatically.
Connect Google Sheets and Ordina creates a spreadsheet in your Google Drive and keeps it current as bookings come in.
Connecting
- Open Integration, then Google Sheets, and tap Connect.
- Sign in with Google and allow access. Ordina can open only the one spreadsheet it creates for you, nothing else in your Drive.
- The spreadsheet appears in your Drive; open it from the Sheets page.
How it stays current
It updates after every confirmed booking and order, every hour at five past, and whenever you press Sync now.
Editing it
Edits inside the Summary, Appointments, Orders and Clients tabs are replaced on the next sync. Keep your own notes, charts and formulas on other tabs; Ordina never touches those. A new tab that reads from Appointments or Orders is a good place for your own reports.
If you disconnect, Ordina stops updating it and its access is removed at Google. The spreadsheet stays in your Drive with everything in it.
