Zapier: send bookings and orders to 7,000+ apps

Every booking, order, payment, lead and review can start a Zap: a row in your CRM, a Slack message, an invoice, an email sequence.

1. Create a ZapTrigger: Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook.
2. Copy its addressStarts with hooks.zapier.com.
3. Paste it in OrdinaAnd pick the events.
4. Send a testThen Test trigger in Zapier.
5. Publish the ZapReal events flow in.

Step by step

1. In Zapier, click Create, Zap. For the trigger choose Webhooks by Zapier, then the event Catch Hook. Zapier shows a webhook address starting with hooks.zapier.com; copy it.
2. In Ordina, open Integration, then Zapier. Paste the address, give it a name if you like (for example "New bookings to Google Contacts"), and choose Run the Zap when: the events it should get.
3. Tap Send a test, then click Test trigger in Zapier. Zapier shows exactly what Ordina sent, so you can build the rest of the Zap.
4. Finish and publish the Zap. The last step turns green when a real event reaches it.

Events

Bookings made, rescheduled, cancelled or completed; orders placed, prepared, ready, dispatched, fulfilled or cancelled; payments received; new leads; new reviews. Each event carries the booking or order, the client and the payment, with your business name and handle.

Good to know

• Webhooks by Zapier is a Premium app on Zapier, so it needs a paid Zapier plan. On Ordina, Zapier is part of Pro and Business.
• If your Zap is off, Ordina retries after 1, 5, 30, 120 and 720 minutes (about 15 hours), then marks the event failed. Publish the Zap and new events go through.
• Pause a Zap in Ordina to stop sending without deleting it.
• A Zap can also look up your appointments and orders: use Zapier's Webhooks GET action on https://www.useordina.com/api/v1/appointments or /api/v1/orders with the header Authorization: Bearer and an API key.
• Make, n8n and Pipedream work the same way: add their webhook address under Webhooks instead.
