Messenger: answer your Facebook Page

Connect a Facebook Page you manage so your Secretary replies as your Page to the messages customers send it.

Your Secretary replies as your Facebook Page to the messages customers send it in Messenger. Messenger is in beta and in early access while Meta reviews Ordina.

  1. Connect Facebook PageIntegration, Messenger.
  2. Sign in with FacebookAllow the requested access.
  3. Choose the PageIf you manage more than one.
  4. AnsweringMessages land in your inbox.

Connecting

  1. Open Integration, then Messenger, and tap Connect Facebook Page.
  2. Sign in with the Facebook account that manages the Page, as its admin or with full control through your business portfolio, and allow access.
  3. If you manage several Pages, choose the one the Secretary should answer for. You can add more later with Add another Facebook Page.

Messenger works on a Page, not a personal profile. If Facebook says your account does not manage any Page, create or get admin access to the Page first.

Early access: until Meta's review is done, only Pages on our early-access list can connect. Message support with your Page name to be added.

Good to know

  • Customers never see a bot; replies come from your Page.
  • Reply yourself from Messenger or Meta Business Suite and your Secretary stays quiet in that chat for an hour; Hand back returns it sooner.
  • Reminders go by WhatsApp, SMS or email, because a Page can only reply within 24 hours of the customer's last message.
  • Disconnect this Page in Settings stops your Secretary right away.
