AI assistants: run your business from Claude
Connect Claude or another AI assistant to your Ordina business, see your day and revenue, and update services and prices from where you already work.
Connect Claude or another AI assistant and ask it what is on today, how much you made this week, who your best customers are, or to change a price. It is the same set of actions your Secretary has in your dashboard.

Connecting Claude
- Open Integration, then AI assistants, and copy the address shown.
- In Claude, open Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector, and paste the address.
- Claude sends you to Ordina: sign in and tap Allow. Only the business owner can approve it.
- Ask something like "What bookings do I have tomorrow?" or "Raise the price of a silk press to $45".
Other assistants that support MCP connectors work the same way.

What it can and cannot do
- Read: your schedule, orders, payments, revenue and customers.
- Change: services, products, prices, stock, visibility, your FAQ, appointment and order statuses, blocked time, photos.
- Always asks for your yes first: adding or deleting an item, emailing someone and inviting staff. The assistant proposes, you confirm.
Only the owner can connect one, on Pro or Business. Staff accounts cannot. To stop an assistant, disconnect it in Settings; its access ends immediately.
Your customers' assistants
Customers can use AI assistants too, with nothing for you to set up. An assistant connected to Ordina can find your business by its handle, see your services and open times, book and order. Those bookings are marked AI assistant in Messages. For developers, see the MCP technical note.
